摘要
目的:寻找板蓝根中的主要抗病毒成分。方法:利用色谱法和结晶法对成分进行分离,鸡胚法为抗病毒活性检验法。结果:分离得到3个化合物,2,4(1H,3H)喹唑二酮(Ⅰ)、表告依春(Ⅱ)、靛玉红(Ⅲ),其中Ⅱ显示出较强抗病毒活性。结论:表告依春为板蓝根抗流感病毒的主要有效成分之一。
AIM:To study the antivirus constituents of radix of Isatis indigotica METHOD:Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. The antivirus activity was detected by the chick embryo method. RESULT: Three compounds were identified as 2,4( 1H, 3H)-quinazolinedione( Ⅰ ), epigoitrin ( Ⅱ ) and indirubin( Ⅲ ) ; compound Ⅱ possessed the action of antivirus activity. CONCLUSION: Epigoitrin( Ⅱ ) is the one of main antivirus constituents of Radix of Isatis indigotica.
