摘要 通过对市售碳化硅粉进行适当的化学和表面吸附改性,研究了机械搅拌和气体搅拌下标准镀铬液和添加稀土添加剂复合镀铬液中的施镀情况。利用扫描电镜,显微硬度计等对复合镀层的微观组织结构和性能进行了分析。结果表明机械搅拌下镀铬层中的S iC含量少,而在气体搅拌下则得到S iC弥散分布的复合镀层,复合镀层硬度较纯铬镀层有明显的提高,晶粒明显细化。 After chemical and surface adsorption modification, the standard chromium electrolyte and composite chromium electrolyte adding rear earth additive were conducted by mechanical and compressed air stirring. The appearance, microhardness and microstructure were analyzed. The results showed that Cr-SiC compsite plating could not be obtained by mechanical stirring, but it could be obtained by compressed air stirring. The microhardness of composite Cr-SiC plating was improved, and finer grain size was observed.
