摘要
着重研究了纳米Fe2O3对铁红醇酸底漆的改性作用和纳米Fe2O3加入方式。做了二组典型实验,第一组是将纳米Fe2O3在底漆制备过程中以颜料的形式加入制得纳米复合铁红醇酸底漆,然后与用同样制备工艺和配方但未加入纳米Fe2O3的底漆漆膜性能相对比,发现加入纳米Fe2O3的纳米复合铁红醇酸底漆在耐冲击性、耐磨性、硬度、耐盐雾性、耐水性和抗离子渗透性等,比未加入纳米Fe2O3的铁红醇酸底漆有所提高。第二组实验是将纳米Fe2O3直接加入到成品铁红醇酸底漆中,然后与未加入纳米Fe2O3的底漆对比,发现两种漆在性能上没有明显差别。由此得出纳米Fe2O3应在涂料制备过程中加入才能发挥其作用。
The function of nanometer Fe2O3 for iron red alkyd primer and way of adding into coating are mainly introduced. Two typical experiments are done, for the first group experiment, nanometer Fe2O3 as pigment was added to coating during preparation of manufacturing coating; for the second one it was directly added to coating which have been manufactured. Then their properties are compared, the result shows that the first group performances of nanometer iron red alkyd primer such as hardness, impact resistance, wear resistance, salt spray test, water resistance and resistance to ionic mobility and permeability etc. , are obviously improved, but the second group experiment did not find obvious differences in performances. The result is obtained that nanometer Fe2O3 as pigment should be added to coating during preparation of manufacturing coating.
