摘要
研究轴承高温磷化的前清洗工艺,筛选了多种清洗剂,找到了适合磷化生产的低温清洗剂和低温清洗工艺,降低了生产成本,解决了多年存在的磷化表面外观不均匀条纹状难题,提高了经济效益。
Former cleaning of bearing's high-temperature phosphating process was studied. After screening multiple cleaning agents,a low-temperature cleaning agent and a kind of technique appropriate for phosphating are found which reduced production costs. While a dispute irregular stripe of appearance of phosphating was settled, the economic efficiency increased.
