摘要
在对企业新产品研发(NPD)项目成功标准的有关文献进行评述的基础之上,提出了一个企业NPD项目成功标准的概念模型,并从时间维度和层次维度两个角度对企业NPD项目成功标准进行了系统界定,以期为企业对NPD项目的成功进行提供参考。
Based on literature review on success criteria of enterprises＇ new product development projects, this paper proposes a success criteria concept model. It also provides a systematic definition on success criteria of enterprise NPD projects from time dimension and level dimension, which is for the enterprise to take the reference of accurate evaluating the success of NPD projects.
