摘要 本文基于企业知识理论来解析企业竞争优势的源泉。通过分析现有的文献,提出了企业知识状态的概念,对知识状态的内涵和特征进行了分析。认为企业知识状态是企业获取竞争优势的源泉,阐述了企业获取竞争优势的微观机理,并从创新能力、学习能力和企业成长方面分析了企业知识状态与企业竞争优势形成之间的关系,认为知识状态是一个动态的循环过程,通过企业知识状态的优化提升,才能保证企业获取持续竞争优势。 Based on enterprise knowledge theory, this paper endeavors on the explanation of the origin of enterprise's competitive advantage. Through the study of existing literatures, this paper puts forward a new concept of knowledge state, and the corresponding connotations and implications are also explained. The author firstly thinks that knowledge state is the origin of acquiring competitive advantage. Then, the related micro mechanism for enterprises to acquire the competitive advantages are analyzed, and the relationship between knowledge state and the formation of competitive ad- vantages are probed from some angles such as innovation ability, study ability and the growth of enterprises. At last, the author deems that the knowledge state is a dynamically circling process; only through optimizing of knowledge state that the enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage can be guaranteed.
