摘要
通过理论上对爆破破碎程度进行分析,选取可以增加爆破料的块度,减少细粒料含量的爆破参数,将这些参数组合成为5种爆破试验方案,分别进行爆破试验,并在爆破后对爆破石料块度分布进行优化分析,选取最优的爆破方案,以适应大法坪系统生产工况条件,尽可能满足龙滩水电站碾压混凝土所需骨料质量要求。
The paper depicts in theory the size of the crushed stones by blasting, and selects the parameter referring to blocks that could increase the volume of the required materials, but with a less fines. Then from these parameters, five blasting alternatives may be derived and test blasting operation were conducted respeetively. Then after the blast, study was performed on the distribution of sizes of the blasted blocks and the best blasting scheme was determined to suit the local conditions of the Dafaping quarry and to meet the requirement of the gravels of the Longtan project.
