摘要
上海南汇东滩促淤圈围(四期)工程堤身取土区距离大堤较远,约5~12km,供砂任务重,时间紧。考虑到施工海域自然条件差,如果水上敷设5km浮管容易折断、漂失,且岸边滩地较缓利于敷设沉管,因此决定敷设沉管。结果显示,长距离沉管敷设技术解决了绞吸船在开敞海域施工时水上管线维护难的问题,同时减少了浮管的使用,降低了成本,提高了船舶的时间利用率。
The borrow area for the filling of embankment of I)ongtan Nanbui silt works (Phase-4),Shanghai, is 5-12 km away. Considering the fact that the satM supply task is pressing with a tight working schedule, and the working conditinn at the job site on the sea is poor, and the floating pipes, if place in 5 kin, the pipes will be easily broken and carried away by waves. Moreover the gentle slope of the water front is favourable for laying submerged pipes. So it is decided to lay submerged pipes. According to study, the problem of difficulties in maintenance of pipelines at the sea water when the sucking ships work on open sea is solved. At the same time, the consumption of floating pipes have been cut down and ennsequently the cost is reduced and the availability of ships is increased.
