摘要
三峡二期工程混凝土施工按季节、部位(浇筑区)、结构部位等的不同,对拌和系统出料口温度的要求不同。其温度控制要求严,各级骨料降温幅度大,因此采用了最先进的二次风冷骨料与加片冰及加冷水拌和生产工艺。通过对温控生产要素的不断优化管理,以及混凝土温控技术的不断提高,不仅很好地满足了混凝土生产的质量与进度要求,同时也较好地处理了生产成本与进度的关系,最大程度地发挥了混凝土拌和系统的生产能力。
The different job site, seasons and locations of structures of the second stage works ot the Three Gorges project will demand different temperatures of the discharge port at the mixing plant. Due to the severe requirement of the temperature control and sharp drop of aggregate temperature of various grain ratings, the most advanced secondary air cooling of the aggregates and adding of slate ice and chilled water to mixtures have been used. It had also taken quality and production schedule and production cost into consideration. The mixing capacity of the concrete mixing system has been fully utilized.
