摘要
古树岭人工碎石加工系统是三峡水利枢纽工程特大型粗骨料基地,主要承担三峡左岸一、二期工程1934万m 3混凝土所需粗骨料的生产任务,是当时国内外水电建设史上最大的人工碎石加工系统。由长委设计院与葛洲坝集团联合设计,葛洲坝集团承建施工、运行。在系统生产能力分析、应用新技术及研究人工砂中云母脱除工艺等方面都积累了宝贵的经验,可为借鉴。
The crushing man-made gravel crushing system is the extra-large course aggregate base of the Three Gorges project, providing aggregates for 19.34 million cu.m of concrete required by the 1 st and 2nd stage works on the left bank. It was then the largest man-made gravel crushing system in the hydropower history in the world. It was designed jointly by the Design Institute of the Yangtze river Planning Commission and the China Gezhouba Group Corp. constructed and operated by the China Gezhouba Group Corp. It has gained rich experiences in production caapacity analysis application of new teehnology and removal of mica from the manmade sands, which can be applicable to the other projects.
