摘要
三峡ALSTOM 700M W水轮发电机组由于制造过程中存在许多工艺缺陷和设计缺陷,给机组的安装与调试工作带来了极大的困难,如转子热加垫、推力头加工及止口偏心、导叶间隙变小、接力器三段关闭调整及调试过程中出现的共振和拉断销断裂等问题。最后,通过各方代表及有关专家的共同参与探讨和实践,对问题产生的原因进行了比较透彻的分析,设备缺陷得到了及时处理,设计缺陷也得到了改进,首台机组一次安装成功。
As the Alstom 700 MW generating unit in Three Gorges project has a number of defects in workmanship and design from the manufacture, a lot of prohlems were met with during erection and commissioning, such as the rotor heated cushion, refining of thrust bearing, check offcenter, smaller clearance of the guide vane, resonance during adjustment and testing of the 3-stage relay operation and failure of break pin. The defects have been shot and put right with the joint effort of all the parties concerned. The first unit was put into operation successfully at one attemp.
