小湾水电站拱坝混凝土温控措施研究 被引量:3

摘要 小湾水电站拱坝温控的重点在三个方面:混凝土内部最高温度控制、混凝土表面保温和二期冷却。通过计算分析并参考其他工程经验,除采取常规的温控措施外,还需要加强浇筑过程的仓面隔热,严格控制浇筑温度;制冷水采用内循环式供水系统,并加强管理力度减少制冷水的损失,满足冷却水的温度和强度要求;混凝土保温被要粘贴牢固和紧密,拆模后及时进行保温。 The three key points of the concrete temperature control of the arch dam of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station; the max temperature control of the internal of concrete warm, and cooling of second stage concrete. Aceording to the resuh of calculation and analysis and taking experiences gained from other projects into consideration, it is also necessary to enhance the heat isolation of the concrete during concreting operation to strictly control the concrete temperature, in addition to regular temperature control measures; the cooling water supplied by the internal method, and the management must be improved to minimize the loss of cooling water and to meet the temperature and volume requirement of the cooling water, the temperature keeping quilt for concrete must be firmdy and closely kept in contact with the concrete and temperature must be protected after the removal of formworks.
