摘要
同步整流技术是采用通态电阻极低的功率MOSFET来取代整流二极管,因此能大大降低整流器的损耗,提高DC/DC变换器的效率,满足低压、大电流整流的需要。文中介绍同步整流的基本原理,并重点对同步整流器的电压驱动方式进行分析。
Synchronous rectification substitutes rectifying diode using power MOSFET with extremely low onstate resistance, which can reduce the loss, increase the effciency of DC/DC converter to satisfy the commands of low voltage and large rectifying current. This paper introduces the principles of synchronous rectification and analyzes its voltage driven method in particular.
