摘要
教师发展是世界教育改革与发展的前沿课题。近年来各种后现代教育理论对教师专业发展提出了新的解读,认为自主发展是教师专业发展的新内涵,叙事研究是教师专业发展研究的新视角,关怀伦理是新时期教师专业发展新的伦理要求,个体知识是教师专业发展的新知识构成,这些认识为教师专业发展带来了新的启示。
Teacher development is one of the most important research areas in educational reform. There are many kinds of postmodernism educational theories in teacher development, which pointed out that empowerment is the key factor in teacher development, narrative research is the new angle to study teacher development, ethic of caring is the important aptitude for teacher, and the personal knowledge is the new constitute of teacher's professional development.
