摘要
本文以美国为例,历数了历史上三种教师教育研究的范式:培训观、学习观和政策观指导下的教师教育研究范式,指出政策研究将是未来教师教育研究的主导范式,但不是唯一范式。
Over the last 50 years, we conceptualized and defined the “issue of teacher education” in three quite different ways: as a training issue, a learning issue, and a policy issue. The paper points out that policy studies will be the mainstream of teacher education research, although not the only direction.
