摘要
私学公助,即用政府的公共经费以各种形式资助私立学校的发展,是近些年来西方国家普遍兴起的一种做法。在澳大利亚,私学公助已经走过了近30多年的发展历程,在资助模式上几经变迁,显示出了很大的特色。本文试图从其资助模式的发展入手,分析其现行的以社会经济地位为本的资助模式的特征与意义,以期对我国正在处于发展和规范阶段的私立基础教育提供某些借鉴。
In recent years, the government fund for private schools has become a common trend in western countries. Australia has experienced the evolvement of commonwealth fund to private schools for more than 30 years, and has formed its distinguishing features. In this paper, based on the introduction of the evolvement of the funding pattern, we attempt to analyze the features and significance of the existing Social-economic Status Model, hoping to offer some meaningful enlightenment to the development of private schools in our country.
