Opinion and Suggestion about Construction of Express Roads in Xi'an City

针对西安市现有路网已不堪重负、堵车现象日趋严重的现状,结合国内外大中城市的建设经验,提出对西安市快速路建设的意见和建议,力争在今后几年内尽快形成科学、合理的快速路体系,为西安市的经济腾飞及交通环境改善做出贡献。

To counter the present situation of cannot bear a heavy load on the existing road network and of becoming serious block phenomenon day by day and in the combination with the construction experiences of large and middle cities at home and abroad, the paper proposes the opinion and suggestion about the construction of express roads in Xi'an City to work hard for form scientific and reasonable express road system as soon as possible in the next years to make a contribution to the rapid economy and improvement of traffic environment in Xi'an City.
