In the combination with the concrete project the paper introduces the design method and construction process of old cement concrete pavement paved with bituminous surface. To pave with bituminous concrete on old cement pavement could improve the usage function of pavement with the advantage such as short construction stage and less influence on traffic and environment. The practice proves that through reasonable design with being meticulous in construction it could effectively enlarge the use life of bituminous paved course.
