塑料预制检查井在排水管道工程的应用

Application of Plastic Precast Inspection Well in Drainage Piping Project

近年来,塑料排水管道在市政排水管道工程中得到广泛应用,但由于不同材质产生的不均匀沉降,使得塑料排水管道与砖砌检查井连接处经常会产生渗水现象。为配合塑料管应用研究的科研开发项目,在“平凉路排水管道工程”中试验性应用了多座塑料预制检查井。结合该工程实践,简要介绍塑料预制检查井的工艺、施工安装及优缺点,以利于促进塑料预制检查井在排水管道中的推广应用。

In the recent year, plastic drainage piping widely applies in municipal drainage piping project. But different quality of material has unequal settlement so that the connecting places between plastic drainage piping and brick inspection well often has water penetration phenomenon. In order to cooperate scientific and research developing item of plastic pipe application and research, multi plastic precast inspection well are applied on trial in “Pingliang Road Drainage Piping Project”. In the combination with the project practice the paper briefly introduces the process, construction and installation of plastic precast inspection well as well as their advantages and disadvantages so as to be favorable for popularizing and applying plastic precast inspection well in drainage piping.
