摘要
基于合约理论分析医院与医生的相互关系,分别构建医生和医院的效用函数,分析医院与医生存在不同的缔约过程与合约选择,不同的合约选择下存在不同的交易成本。医生在最大化效用的驱动下会到市场去寻求人力资本的最优价值,从而引致现有合约条件下的交易成本。
Analyze the relationship between doctors and hospitals on the basis of agreement-theory.Design utility functions of doctors and hospitals respectively, analyze the different agreement-making processes and choices of different agreements.There are different transaction costs under different agreements.Therefore, doctors will go to the human resource market to look for the best positon under benefit drive, and thus transaction cost under current agreement is formed.
