随着病人自主意识的提高,病人安全已成为国际社会最重视的课题,关注病人安全,共创医患关系双赢的局面, 已经成为现代医疗服务所追求的目标。文章在阐述医疗不良事件的基础上,明确了各种不良事件的概念,国际社会就病人安全所采取的措施,以及建立以病人为中心,保障病人安全的医疗服务体系的主要措施。
