摘要
采用有限元法设计全预制式高压电缆户外的终端电场,通过调整应力锥曲线优化了终端电场分布,即分别选取不同的应力锥长度和曲率来计算和筛选电场应力分布最优的设计尺寸。计算表明,应力锥长130 mm、端部曲率半径20 mm时各项性能指标完全满足要求。对比常规计算方法,该方法能准确计算出终端电场分布,优化应力锥设计。
The finite element method for optimizing the design of the electric stress distribution inside the HV power cable termination and stimulant results of adjusting the length and curvature of the stress cone of this termination is discussed. The optimizing design scheme and outline sizes of the stress cone based on above calculating results are obtained using the FEM. The effect of improving electric field distribution with the final optimizing design of this stress cone is confirmed by comparison with traditional calculation results.
