头孢噻肟钠伍用他唑巴坦钠的临床前实验研究

目的探讨头孢噻肟钠伍用他唑巴坦钠的临床前抗菌效果及应用的安全性。方法对注射用头孢噻肟钠他唑巴坦钠的伍用复方处方筛选、药学研究、毒理学等研究,评价其疗效和不良反应。结果筛选注射用头孢噻肟钠他唑巴坦钠(2:1)伍用复方抗菌作用确切、工艺稳定、质量可控、高效低毒,经济适用可供进行临床研究。结论注射用头孢噻肟钠他唑巴坦钠是一种很有发展前途的抗感染的药物。

Objective To conduct the study on the efficacy, stability, toxicity of cefoperazone sodium and tazohactam sodiun for injection and provide scientific evidence for clinical application. Methods Studies on screening of prescription, pharmaceutical and toxicological researches , therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were carried out. Results The efficacy of cefoperazone sodium and tazohactam sodiun for injection is reliable with good effect and low toxicity, the technology is stable, the quality is controllable and the drugs arc suitable for clinical study. Conclusion Cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodiun for injection are promising anti - infection drugs.
