云南孟连县跨国卖淫妇女HIV知识及其危险行为调查

HIV Knowledge and risk behaviors in transnational lsexual workers in Menglian County, Yunnan Province.

目的了解孟连县跨国卖淫妇女HIV知识和危险行为。方法用统一的行为监测问卷,在取得外出从事性服务妇女知情同意后,1对l无关联匿名交谈调查。结果调查对象中傣族占92.3%;文盲13.5%,小学文化69.0%;初次外出卖淫最小年龄13岁,最大年龄42岁,平均年龄28.5岁;已婚妇女占73.61%。53.55%的妇女认为没有必要或不喜欢使用安全套;有70.3%的跨国卖淫妇女有过生殖器疾病;其中只有35.78%的去公立医院诊治。51·38%和12.84%的人分别去私立诊所看医生和自己买药处理。性交、血液、母婴3种传播途径的正确回答率分别为63.20%、45.27%、60.00%。结论跨国卖淫妇女安全套使用率和艾滋病知识知晓率低,急需进行有效的综合干预。

Objective To understand HIV knowledge in cross country prostitutes and the risk behaviors in Mengliang County. Methods The HIV knowledge level of prostitutes were surveyed by using unified questionnaires. Results About 92.3 % of the Tai ethic women provide sexual service abroad （143/155） ; illiterate was accounted for 13.5 % （21/155） ,while 69.0% （107/155） of them had a education background of primary school. The youngest age of first sexual service was 13 and oldest was 42 years old, averagely 28 years old and married women was accounted for 73.61% （114/155）. Their sexual service countries were Tailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The number of sexual partners they had were from 6 to 28 per week. About 53.55% （83/155） of the women either do not like to use condoms or considered it was not necessary to use condoms; 70.3 % （109/155） were suffered from genitalia illness, 35.78% of them went to see a doctor in public hospital , while 51.38% （80/155） and 12.84% （20/155） went to private cllnic or self- treated respectively. The rates in correctly answer sex, blood and vertical transmission routes of HIV were 63.20 % （98/ 155）,45.27% （70/155）,60.00% （93/155）, respectively. Conclusion The rate in use of condoms by the cross country prostitutes is low and effective measures be taken to enhance the HIV knowledge rate and the rate in use of condoms.
