介绍了以边皮海绵残钛为原料，采利氢化－脱氢粉末冶金方法及热扩散表面处理技术，制取强度高、抗腐蚀、耐磨损钛花管的工艺过程及粉末冶金钛花管的使用效果。
The paper describes the production method of large-intensity, corrosion-proof and wearable Ti holey tubos from Ti scraps by the means of hydrogenation-dehydrogenation P/M process and heat-diffusion surface treatment. The application of the said tubes is also described.
