摘要
研究了电厂用于输送煤粉、灰渣的大口径低合金钢耐磨弯管的雾风冷却淬火过程,探讨了雾风冷却的特点。结果表明,大口径低合金钢耐磨弯管采用雾风冷却可以方便地得到满意的淬火冷却效果。硬度达到48~55HRC,无淬火裂纹。
The process of spray and strong breeze quenching of heavy calibre wear-resisting low alloy steel bend pipe used as conveying coal and coal ash in thermal power plants is researched in this paper. The character of spray and strong breeze quenching is studied. The results show that by using spray and strong breeze quenching, heavy-calibre wear-resisting bend pipe made of low alloy steel may easily arrive a good quenching effect. The herdness is 48~55HRC. There is no quenching fracture.
