以4-氨基环己醇为原料,经酰化、氧化两步反应,合成了医药中间体4-乙酰氨基环己酮,研究了反应条件及影响因素,确定了以4-氨基环己醇为原料,经氨基乙酰化Jones试剂氧化的合成工艺路线,所合成的产品为白色粉末状晶体,熔点130-135℃。合成工艺的反应条件温和适合工业生产。
The syntbesis of medicinal intermediate compound N- (4-oxocyclohexyl) acetamide with 4-aminocyctohexanol as raw material via acetylization, oxidation is discussed. The reaction conditions and influencing factors have been studied. The detail synthetic process starting from 4-aminocyclohexanol with acetylation of amino group and then oxidization by Jones agent was determined. The final product is white crystal powder with melt point of 130- 135 ℃ This synthetic mute is suitable for commercial production as its mild reaction conditions.
