原砂烧结点对水玻璃砂残留强度的影响

Effect of Foundry Sand's Sintering Point on the Retained Strengtb of Sodium Silicate Bonded Sand

通过对不同原砂进行的反复试验，在国内外水玻璃砂的研究中，首次明确指出，水玻璃砂残留强度曲线的差异，主要是由于原砂烧结点不同而造成的，这可用硅砂粒的受力状况加以解释。从而为生产中选用原砂提供了理论依据。

Lots of experimental studiesare made on different sodium silicate bonded sand mixed by sand with different sintering point. As the first discovery ,we find that the difference in their retained strength curves are caused by the different sintering point of the sand that is used ,which can be explained by the force that the sand grain recieved. Thus,a theoretic dependence is given for selecting sand in production.
