Nature, Category and Function of Environment in Psychology

人是生存和生活在自己所处的环境中的。在心理学的研究中,对环境有着非常不同的理解,这包括物理的、生物的、社会的、文化的和心理的环境。但是,对于人的心理来说,最直接和最重要的环境是心理的环境。心理环境是人所觉知到的,是人所理解到的,是人所创造出的。没有人的觉知,没有人的理解,没有人的创造,也就没有具有实际意义的环境。环境对人的心理的意义并不是外在的影响,而是共生的历程。

Human beings exist and live in their environment, about which there are different understandings in psychology study. These include physical, biological, social, cultural and mental environments. But for human beings, the most immediate and important environment is the mental one, i.e. the one that human beings have perceived, understood and created. And there would have been no environment in the practical sense if there were no perception, no understanding and no creation. The impact of environment to the human mind is something external, but a course of intergrowth.
