对教育管理创新问题的思考

Reflections on Creative Educational Administration

在知识经济初露端倪的当代社会,创造能力和创造精神得到空前的尊重。随着社会的进步,人们逐渐认识到新世纪需要创新人才,创新人才需要创新教育,创新教育需要创新教育管理来保障。我国教育管理的创新需要从三大方面着力:其一是观念创新,其二是制度创新,其三是管理方法的创新。

In knowledge economy of modern society, creativity and creative spirit are unprecedentedly respected. With rapid progress of society, people gradually realize the importance of creative personnel, creative education and creative educational administration which are interdependent. An analysis of the current innovation of educational administration in respects of its necessity, exsisting problems and ways is of great significance to promotion of educational reform course.
