This article introduces the general situation of the implementation of pilot projects in recent years by Intelligent Building Technology Development and Promotion Center, Science and Technology Committee, Ministry of Construction and explains the developing trend of the network, integration and digitalization of intelligent building technology. In addition, this article points out that intelligent building technology and the industry management need further improvement.
