摘要
从维护法律的严肃性、权威性,企业依法规范经营以及保障旅游消费者依法享有的知情权、选择权等方面考虑,建设旅行社产品质量标准是必要的、紧迫的和可行的,且应基于旅游活动构成要素和环节对旅行社产品质量标准从食、住、行、游、购、娱等提出初步设想。
The paper deals with necessity, urgency and feasibility of establishing the standard of service quality in travel agency in respect of maintaining solemnity and authoritativeness of law, standardizing business management, as well as guaranteeing consumers to be entitled to be well - informed and make a choice. And also it puts forward some tentative ideas of establishing the standard of service quality in travel agency on the basis of contributory factors and links in traveling activities.
