摘要
目的:制备对羟基苯甲酸丙酯。方法:用高效液相色谱跟踪反应进程,考察用不同浓度的强酸性阳离子交换树脂和对甲苯磺酸作催化剂、对比用与不用无水硫酸镁作吸水剂以及不同的反应时间对合成反应速度的影响。结果:对甲苯磺酸催化效果远优于阳离子交换树脂。以1%的对甲苯磺酸催化、无水硫酸镁作吸水剂以及反应6小时是制备对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的优化工艺条件,终产品收率达87%。
Aim: to prepare propyl p-hydroxybenzoate. Methods: The preparation reaction were studied including different catalysis (ion resin and p-methylbenzoic acid), different catalysis amount, and MgSO4 as a water absorbent to optimize synthesis conditions, HPLC were applied to detect reaction progress. Result: p-methylbenzoic acid was much better catalyst than ion resin during preparation. The best conditions for preparing propyl p-hydroxybenzoate were 1% p-methylbenoic acid as a catalyst, MgSO4 as a water absorbent, and 6 hours reaction time. The yield was 87% based on the p-hydroxybenzoic acid.
