摘要
进行了在高碳(0.6~0.8%)、高硅(1.5~2.0%)普碳钢中加入适量铬(1.0~1.5%)和钼(0.5~0.8%),880~900℃奥民体化、280~330℃等温淬火,从而获得高强韧奥氏体-贝氏体钢的试验。结果表明,铬和钼对钢有明显强化作用。同时试验并分析了不同热处理制度对钢组织及性能的影响。
By adding 1. 0 ̄1. 5 % Cr and 0. 5 ̄0. 8 % Mo into the carbon steel,containing 0. 6 ̄0. 8% C and1. 5 ̄2. 0% Si, austenitized at 880 ̄900℃ and austempered at 280 ̄330℃,a austenitic-bainitic caststeel with favourable combinations of strength and toughness has been achieved. The experimental results show that Cr and Mo additions have remarkable enhancing effect to the steel,at the same time,the effect of the different heat treatment on the structure and properties of austenitic-bainitic cast steelhas been studied
