摘要
研制了《ms》溃散剂及《ms》改性水玻璃。《ms》改性水玻璃砂CO2硬化抗拉强度大于0.2MPa,烘干抗拉强度大于2MPa,72h抗拉强度大于0.6MPa,600~1100℃的溃散功降到1~16.3J。用于生产中、小型铸钢件,易清砂,旧砂回用率达70%。
A'ms'collapsible agent and'ms'modified sodium silicate have been developed. The tensile strength of'ms'modified silicate-bonded sand hardened by carbon dioxide was more than 0.2 MPa, by drying oven more than 2. 0 MPa and the tensile strength after 72h reached a value of 0. 6MPa, the collapsible work at 600-1100℃ was lowered to 1 ̄16.3 J.The modified silicate-bonded sand can be used for small and medium-sized steel castings with easy shakeout operation,the reuse rate of used sand reached by 70%.
