摘要
介绍了移动磁场铸造新技术应用于超薄壁铝合金模拟铸件──方盒的试制过程，确定了有关的工艺参数；对铸造过程中出现的几种铸造缺陷的产生原因进行了分析，并提出了克服这些铸造缺陷的对策。
In this paper,the application of new casting technique of the travelling magneticfield casting to model casting of super thin-section aluminium alloy-rectangular box was presented and some technological parameters concerning were determined.The general origins of defects occuring in casting process have been analysed and preventive measures to eliminate them were also suggested.
