摘要
结合虚拟制造技术对数控仿真系统进行了研究,提出了三维可视化虚拟加工环境的系统结构,通过对三维数控铣仿真系统相关关键技术的探讨,开发了数控机床操作、编程与加工仿真软件VRCNC,并简要介绍了该软件功能。
NC simulation system is studied by combing with virtual manufacture technology, and the systematical structure of three-dimension visualized virtual manufacture condition is provided. Meanwhile, over the analysis on the key technology related to three-dimension NC milling simulation system, NC machine tool operation, program and manufacture simulation software VR CNC are developed, and the functions of this soft ware are briefly introduced.
