摘要
分析了传统分步折弯校正的缺陷,阐述了同步折弯校正机构的结构特点、工作过程及设计要点;并针对常用的调整机构可靠性较差进行了改进,明显提高了同步折弯校正机构的稳定性,对实际应用有较强的指导意义。
The defects of traditional bending rectification by steps are analyzed, and the structure characters, working process and design key points of synchronous bending rectification mechanism are stated respectively. Aimed at improving the poor reliability of usual rectification mechanism, the stability of synchronous bending rectification mechanism gets largely improved, which can be guidance to real practice.
