介绍了多零件模具结构,通过对多种型号的同质零件的冲压工艺分析,进行合理的排样,设计了一副柔性多零件级进模;介绍了模具结构特点及主要零件的加工制造工艺。
The structure of die with multi-parts is introduced, over analyzing the punching process of multi-type same material parts to arrange rational blank layout, a pair of progressive die with flexible multi-parts is designed. Whilst, the structural characters of die and manufacture process of main parts are introduced separately.
