摘要 介绍了双层、多向全自动顺序抽芯注射模的整体结构,即用4根斜导柱完成8个方向抽芯的滚珠弹性推杆结构和采用斜燕尾槽抽芯滑板完成先垂直、后水平,90°双向顺序抽芯典型结构的设计要点。 The. holistic structure of injection mold with double layers and multi-direction automatic sequence core drawing mold is introduced, namely using four angulating bevel pillars to perform the structure of elastic handspike with ball bearing in eight-direction core drawing, and by using dovetail groove core-drawing slider, the key design points of typical structure of straightness and then horizontalness in order, namely 90°dual-direction sequence core-drawing are achieved.
