摘要
采用正交设计的方法研究了光学曲线研磨加工硬质合金时各工艺参数对加工工件质量的影响,以此得到优化的加工工艺参数,采用该工艺加工的工件的表面粗糙度值Ra=77.61nm,在生产中取得了良好的效果。
It uses orthorhombic design method to study the effect of products quality caused by process parameters when using precision optic curve grinding to manufacture cemented carbide. As the result, the optimized manufacture process parameters are obtained, and the surface roughness value of working parts manufactured by this process can be achieved Ra= 77.61nm, which brings good effect in manufacture.
