新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT应用

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT表现。方法:回顾分析120例临床诊断为HIE的患儿CT图像上低密度灶范围、程度(CT值)及合并颅内出血类型和程度的关系。结果:低密度灶范围越广,则CT值越低,合并颅内出血特别是脑实质出血越明显。结论:CT对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断及分度有重要意义,低密度灶范围、程度及颅内出血情况有密切关系。 Objective To analyse the correlation CT findings of neonatal hypoxic ischenic encephalopathy. Materials and Methods 120 cases of neonate suffering hypoxic is chemic encephalopathy diagnosed by clinic, The correlations between the CT stage, CT Hounsfield units, the types and degrees Of intracranial hemorrhage were studied retrespectively. Results The wiler of low densil:y lesions and the lower of its CT Hounsfield units, who accompanied with intracranial hemorrhage particularly cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion CT scan may present important significance for the diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. The accuracy of evaluating of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can be improved by analyzing the CT stage, the CT Hounsfield units and the intracranial hemorrhage objectively .
