摘要 目的:用核孔滤膜法测定高血糖病人红细胞变形能力(Erythrocyte Deformability,ED)与血糖水平的变化关系,以红细胞变形性入手来研究糖尿病及其并发症的机制。方法:用核孔滤膜红细胞测定仪检测62例高血糖患者的红细胞滤过指数(Filtrationindex IF)测定出红细胞变形能力。与年龄、性别、血脂相近的正常人进行比较观察。结果:在高血糖患者中,与血糖正常对照组红细胞变形能力进行对比,经统计处理,两组高血糖患者与对照组进行比较明显高于对照组(t=18.69,t=15.26,P<0.01)。,高血糖与红细胞变形能力呈负相关。结论:高血糖患者由于糖代谢紊乱,使红细胞膜上脂类和红细胞浆成分发生变化。红细胞ED降低与血糖增高有密切关系。因此,研究红细胞变形性变化,成为研究高血糖控制良好与否的重要指标。 Objective To explore the mechanismof diabetesand its complication through the study of the erythrocyte deformability(ED) by nuclear pore film. Methods We measured62 hyperglycemia patients by nuclear pore film erythrocyte apparatus and compared the erythrocyte filtration index( EFI )with the normalpeoplesimilar in age, sex,blood lipid. Results The erythrocyte filtration indexwere significantly higher in diabetic patients than those in control (t = 18. 69, t = 15. 26, P〈 0. 01) . The level of glucose was positively correlated with the EFI. Conclusion Thelipid components onerythrocytefilm and plasmas hadchanged in the hyperglycemia patients because of the turbulence ofsaccharine metabolism. The reduction of EFI was intimately correlated with the blood glucose level. Therefore the change of EFI could be uses as important index in the control of hyperglycemia.
