摘要
提出了可用计算机直接模拟钢铸件、铸锭缩孔形成过程及最终形状和位置的直接模拟法。由于该方法在模拟计算过程中考虑了密度随温度的变化及钢水因补缩而发生的动态变化,克服了判据法的不足,提高了温度场模拟计算的精度,是进行钢铸件、钢锭铸造工艺优化设计的有效工具。
A new method to simulate directly and predict the formation process of shrinkage cavity,its final shape and position for steel castings and ingot was proposed using computer.Because of considering variation in density with temperature and dynamic change of molten steel resulting from feeding and overcoming the shortage of “criterion function”manner,the precision of modeling of the temperature field was increased,the method is more effective to optimize the riser design for steel castings and ingots.
