摘要
研究了挤压铸造纤维增强复合材料3Al2O32SiO2(f)/ZL109的油润滑滑动摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:与ZL109相比,复合材料的滑动摩擦系数减小,耐磨性显著提高。通过对磨面形貌的扫描电镜观察,分析了复合材料和ZL109合金的磨损机制。
The characteristic of friction and wear for fibre reinforced composite of 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2(f) /ZL109 produced by squeeze casting under the lubricated sliding friction conditions has been investigated.The results revealed that the reinforcement using 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2 fibre can significantly increase wear resistance of ZL109 alloys and reduce the sliding friction coefficient.The wear mechanisms of both the composite and the ZL109 alloy were analyzed using SEM.
