二种锌铝合金和一种铝青铜在重载和润滑条件下摩擦磨损特性的研究 被引量:2

Study on Frictional Wear Performance of Two Zinc aluminium Alloys and One Al bronze under Heavy Load and Lubricated Conditions

摘要 试验对比了锌铝合金HDZA、ZA-Si和铝青铜ZCuAl10Fe3在重载及四种润滑剂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。研究结果表明,HDZA合金和ZA-Si合金在润滑脂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能明显优于机油润滑;而ZCuAl10Fe3合金在常用润滑脂润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能远不及这二种锌铝合金。油润滑时,磨损机制是犁削、辗压和粘着;脂润滑时,磨损机制主要是辗压,基本上无粘着。油和脂的润滑特性。 Abstract The frictional wear performance of two kinds of zinc aluminium alloys(HDZA and ZA Si) and one kind of al bronze(ZCuAl10Fe3) was compared under heavy loads and using 4 kinds of lubricant lubrecate.The results showed that the frictional wear performance of HDZA and ZA Si alloys with grease lubricated conditions is markedly supperior to those with machine oil lubricated conditions,while the frictional wear performance of ZCuAl10Fe3 alloy are not better than those of HDZA and ZA Si alloys with ordinary grease lubricated condition.The wear mechanism of the alloy with oil lubrication are plough out, roller compaction and adhesion;but those with grease lubrication are mainly roller compaction and no adhesion is found.The lubricant properties of machine oil and grease had a significant effect on the frictional wear performance of the alloys.
