摘要
用计算机模拟的方法,实现了球墨铸铁一次结晶、二次结晶过程中,组织形成的动态模拟,其中包括球墨的液态生核、长大,共晶球墨—共晶奥氏体的形成与共生生长,奥氏体晶粒长大,共析铁素体的形成和长大等铸态组织的形成。用填充法模拟石墨球长大,用MonteCarlo法模拟奥氏体、铁素体晶粒长大。模拟按预测结晶过程的组织参数(球化率、球墨分布密度。
Abstract The dynamic simulation of the microstructure formation during the first crystallization and the recrystallization of ductile cast iron has been performed using computer simulation method,including theneuclear and growth of nodular graphites, the formation and growth of eutectic nodular graphite eutectic austenite,the growth of austenitic grains,the formation and growth of the eutectoid ferrite,etc.The growth of nodular graphites is simulated by the use of filling method and the growth of the austenitic and ferritic grains using Monte Carlo method.The simulation was made according to structural parameter of the predicted crystallization process such as nodularity,distribution density and size of nodular graphite and the content of ferrite.
