消失模铸造涂料强度和透气性研究

Investigation on the Strength and Permeability of Coatings for Expendable Pattern Csting(EPC)

讨论了消失模涂料的作用和特点。消失模涂料既要求高的强度，又要求高的透气性。经浇注试验得出消失模铸钢涂料合适的强度范围是３０～６０ｋＰａ，透气性范围是２．５～６．０ｃｍ４／（ｇｍｉｎ），为研制涂料提供了依据。研究了影响涂料强度和透气性的因素，提出保证高强度和高透气性涂料的途径是加入有机和无机粘结剂。

Abstract The effect and characteristics of coatings for EPC have been discussed in this paper.The coatings for EPC need not only higher strength but considerable permeability.The results obtained by the test of pouring showed that the suitable range of the strength of EPC coatings for steel castings was from 30 to 60 kPa and the suitable range of the permeability from 2 5 to 6 0 cm 4/(g·min),which provides a sound basis for further research of coatings.Owing to investigating the factors influencing strength and permeability of coating for EPC,the ways to achieve high strength and high permeability coatings were put forward,namely,simultaneously adding organic and inorganic binders in coating and properly choosing refractory sort and size.
