Investigation on Gas Content in Hypoeutectic Al Si Alloys by Thermal Analysis

从氢在合金中的溶解度及铝氢二元平衡相图的角度，解释了铝硅合金熔体中的气体含量对热分析特征值的影响。指出，可以把氢的析出当作一种相变过程来处理。

Based on the solubility of hydrogen in Al Si alloy and Al H phase diagram,the effect of gas content in molten metal of Al Si alloy on the characteristic value of thermal analysis has been explained.The precipitation of hydrogen from hypoeutectic Al Si alloy can act as a process of phase transformation.Therefore,the gas content in the molten metal can be evaluated by calculating the solid phase fraction from in as cast hypoeutectic Al Si alloys.
