摘要 以微塑性成形工件尺寸微小化后尺寸效应的本质性特征为基础,分析了材料流动规律的尺寸效应、成形过程中的接触摩擦问题、温度效应等力学行为,讨论了工件的尺寸精度控制和成形设备选择等工艺技术问题,以及有限元模拟现状,进一步探讨了微塑性成形技术未来发展的基本方向。 Microforming is one of the key large-scale manufacturing methods to make size between μm and mm for micro-machine-system's mechanical part by using the plastic deformatiorL Based on the emerging main problems of microforming process result from miniatruization, the size-effect of material flow law, the contact friction and the temperature effect during forming process, the control of workpiece dimensional accuracy, the choose of the forming equipmentand and state of the art of the FEM in microforming process are discussed, and finally the future development of microforming technology is presented.
